Arkady Marto and I know each other from common concerts with the Ensemble 4'33 in Moscow. In 2008 we began to send each other parts for common pieces so that each one of us could independently record new tracks.

Arkady sent drones, sounds and programed electronic soundscapes, I sent recordings of accoustic piano, partly prepared in the style of John Cage, partly electronicaly modified, forwards, backwards etc. sometimes only knocked inside the grand piano. The result of these musical chain letters are the compositions of the cd »la luna«. Within – besides the common interest in minimal sound changes – the focus is on the cancellation of the origin of the sounds.

The following years gave birth to very different coproductions such as the one hour pieces »nibiru« and »Sphera« or the dodecaphonic composition »axis« developed from fragments of a live concert. The material of the cd »alma« was produced in Warsaw, Porto, Moscow and Cologne.
